The VIP Membership fee is a recurring monthly charge to the Member’s credit card on file. Every month, those funds are deposited into the Member’s personal VIP bank account for use at any time. Once services are rendered, we will withdraw the funds from the Member’s account, and if the services are more than the available balance, Member will simply pay the difference at checkout. If the Member is unable to use the funds every month, the Member’s VIP bank balance will roll over and continue to grow for use at a future appointment. Unused monthly membership services will not roll over but will reset monthly.
Yes. With a VIP Membership, Members will always receive the most value. VIP Membership discounts are added on top of all special offers or promotions. Members will also have early access to promotions, product sampling, and new product launches. Texas State Sales Tax will be added to all skincare products purchased.
The VIP Membership program requires a 6-month commitment to avoid a $200 early-cancellation. Upon fulfillment of the 6-month commitment, Members will continue to be charged each month until such time they decide to cancel. VIP Memberships cannot be frozen.
Requests to cancel a VIP Membership must be made in writing. Termination prior to 6 months will result in a cancellation fee of $200. Prior services will be charged back at the retail price differentiation of redeemed services. Any remaining funds will then be refunded back to the Member’s credit card on file.
